Win Streak...Then a Loss Streak is ranked all about luck?

At first i was carrying and finally got to silver 1 waiting for gold but, all of a sudden I go on some loss streak. while playing games I'm I either getting autofilled,Teammates who refuse to end the game, people ban the wrong champs, people throw and get caught instead of turtle,Jungler stays in jungle and ganks at the wrong times, and I get camped etc.

Wonderful matchmaking. Wonderful 50% win ratio forced to everyone regardless of if they are performing good or bad or the number of games played. (irony off). In a winning streak you win even if you dont deserve it. In a losing streak you lose even if you dont deserve it.

Winning in league of legends is like 50% luck. The MMR/Elo system that League uses was designed for 1v1 competitions. In a 1v1 situation you can control EVERYTHING in a fair environment. You lost? It's your fault. You had control over every single aspect of the game. You did not get paired with some idiot on your team. It is you and you only.

It's not the same in League. You can stuffed with 4 other players. You have no control over who they are besides that they're in your ELO range. Sometimes you will get idiots, sometimes you will get really good players. Sometimes your teammates decide to AFK/troll/pick shitty comps/etc. Sometimes the enemy team will do so.

I'm trying to say that luck is a big factor in these games. I am not saying skill is not there, however. Your individual play also factors in greatly toward a game. Sometimes, you play well, but it's not enough to carry your teammates. Sometimes you play like shit, but your teammates are good enough to carry you.

I just want to say that losing does really suck. Especially if you were carrying. I personally think that someone that's Silver 2 should only have to play at a Silver 1 level to deserve a win, or a Plat 3 player only has to play at a Plat 2 level to deserve a win. But that's just not how it works in this game. :(

inb4 any form of criticism or get good BS...The fact that CHALLENGER smurfs, lose games in lower elos. Just remember that you can't win them all.

If you get on a win streak, you're more likely to have bad players on your team in the next few games, it's just how the matchmaking is set up. It's set up to keep everyone at around a 50% win rate. If you win a bunch in a row, the average MMR of your teammates will decrease for the next few games, or the average MMR of your opponents will go up, not sure which, but its one of them. I disagree with this set up riot has, I don't think matchmaking should be set up this way because not all players deserve to have a 50% win rate. Some deserve higher and some deserve lower, but for some reason riot wants everyone to be the same.

maybe it's because riot wants to be "fair" and people who tend to have bad win-rates sometimes think less of themselves and give up on league, so from my assumption they do this because they want to keep people playing...but this is only my assumption

Lmfao, someone speaking out their ass. The game does not try to force you at a 50% win rate. It doesn't give a shit. What it does try to do is match the teams so they are both even. If you win, your win rate goes up. If you lose, you can have a negative win rate. Simple as that. There isn't any illuminate at work trying to keep anyone down. If you are at a 50% win rate it is because you are at the ELO you deserve.

Luck is a part of match making, yes, but you CAN carry your self out of bronze/silver/gold/plat, ect. The first season i played(season 5) i ended up in bronze 4, but i was able to carry mys self to silver 5, yes it did take me 17 promos to get there, but i did get there. The way i found was, don't expect your team to build a team comp, it just won't happen half the time, BUT if you're okay at multiple champs, then THAT can get somewhere. If you see you have a Yasuo on your team, that could be a time YOU could pick a MonkeyKing or Malphite so he can at least ult(even if he IS behind), if you have a Orianna that could be a time to pick MissFortune. Don't expect the team to BUILD a full team comp, it just won't happen every game till you get in high gold/low plat. If YOU are good and can do well in lane, pick those champs to get 2 champs that can work together well. Yes, you WILL get a Vayne who thinks they can play her cause they watched a pro play her so now they have mastered her, it will happen in EVERY elo. But if you can do well in lane with a champ that has good synergy with someone else on your team can make it where YOU can carry and that randomness factor won't be AS big

it's very hard next to impossible to do so unless i have a duo who can somehow make it easier for me and other players to carry, especially when you are placed with teammates who make the most foolish mistakes and choices

You also have to remember that the more games you win, the higher your MMR will become, so you'll be facing against other players of that higher difficulty. Winning a lot tells the game you're stomping the people at your current MMR, so it'll constantly raise it until you lose several again. What you end up with is with this constantly shifting scale, constantly trying to keep balance between players skill levels so that each game is a challenge to win, but neither extremely easy, or have you be impossibly outclassed by those currently more skilled than you are. The reason they try to keep your W/L at 50% is because if you're winning 60% of your games, then that means you need to play against more skilled people to keep games fair for the opposing team as well. If you're losing 40% of games, then you're not skilled enough to be in ELO you're playing in, so it pairs you with players slightly below that. This of course continues into Master/Challenger, where you can only accumulate or lose LP, since you're at the very top tier.

Learn how to dodge.

What I like to do on a win streak is check my teammates in champ select and if they are mostly on a win streak too, then the enemy players are going to be beast mode. The more you win the harder your opponents. I try to dodge these games because every time it's just a shirtstop for my lanes.

You lose alot of LP if you dodge it's not -3 lp anymore

It's 3 LP the first time. Within 16 hours it's -10 every time afterwards. To confirm i checked that I had 55lp, when I dodged I was put down to 52.
