Who Is Your Main and Why?
Note: not sure which board to put this on, I'll move it if necessary
So I was talking to my buddy the
main, and I came to the question of "why Nautilus?" I was a little surprised when he kinda hesitated to answer, then he finally said that it just felt good to play him.
So that brings us to the question; who do you main, and why that champion? Is it the thematic? Maybe the
main just really likes to play as a powerful lich. Is it their abilities? Does the feeling of outplaying your opponent make
a good choice for you? Is it maybe just a feeling you get? Maybe playing Bruiser
top just makes you really happy, so you decided to make it your main.
I am a
main, and I have to say that what drew me to her at first was admittedly that she's cute as fuck. After trying her out, I found the feeling of being good at both killing enemies and protecting allies was exactly what I was looking for in a champ. It's super exciting to land a full combo on the fed enemy
and just erasing his ass from existence. It's equally as exciting to bind the enemy
mid-jump and shielding his target so he can't kill them. As a little bonus, it's hard to tilt with this cute girl in a frilly pink outfit constantly spewing positive lines even while we're 1/9 against a
.
because as a past RTS player her perm stealth gives me more strategic playmaking and positioning than any other champion in this game.
Because I liked how she was flying and stuff, and nobody really played her so I was said why not.
a few months later, so I was like "If I can handle 3 balls, of course I'd be able to handle one!" And I did..Doing half your enemy's health with one autoattack because of her passive, spamming I know what makes them tick, I know how to make the ticking stop every time I kill someone, endless waveclear, complete control of teamfights, utility..What's not to like? I just love the feeling of getting ulted by Zed and then shielding myself and escaping easily, or using The Ball to zone out my enemy laner from one side of the minion wave while I stand on the other **->HIGH AOE BURST DAMAGE HOW ARE PEOPLE NOT SAYING SHE'S OP??<- **..Once you get good at her she's unstoppable. Tbh, I just picked her because I like the whole clockwork theme she had going on, also I heard she had a really high skillcap, and I took that as a challenge which made it way easier to learn new champs :D
Because she's one of the few champs that can't just get dicked down with one measly Bard Q
full crit mmm
is just soooo broken
(197k) When I first started playing the game, still a noob back then, I mained jungle (
and
mainly) but then I saw Rek'Sai's release, she seemed very fun despite being hella broken. She had no mana, which was something I really struggled with, good waveclear, very high ganking potential ... just a good champion overall.
(119k) because despite his very simple abilities he's pretty hard to master. His kit is just very fun overall, and he's prob the champ that got me back playing LoL when I found this game boring in every point. I learned how positioning is important, kiting monsters ...
And I just love /all wtf is your dmg, it makes me wanna play him even more.
