Suggestion re: Ranked movement
Just a thought (and any specifics are simply spitballing not "final" thoughts). Why not change the climbing for ranked so that it operates something like this:

Bronze: Rather than the current calculation, LP advancement in Bronze is determined by CS, objectives and assists. (I admit, no idea how to best factor support help and possibly jungle, altho jg camps can fall under CS/"objectives" maybe) Whatever the standard, something basic that everyone should know/be able to do.

Silver-Gold: Your LP is a combination of W/L, KDA, objectives and maybe something else. Possibility: Win = +5 LP, Loss = -10 LP, K/D = +Differential to max 10 (7K - 2D = +5), Assists added to K/D at 0.5 per (rounded down), still 10 max cumulative, turret level=+Lvl (first outer turret you kill +1, (no pts 2nd+), first inner turret +2, etc), Inhibs: +4 for first, -2 each respawn

Plat+: same as current
The obvious argument (that everyone makes) is "then people will be selfish and chase individual stats rather than work as a team. My response is "carry harder scrub". Its pretty well established that below Plat (at least) teamwork is a joke, so it seems appropriate to let people utilize their individual stats below that level, rather than hoping for unlikely teamwork. If the argument of how to get out of "elohell" is to have top notch mechanics and (individual) strat, then REWARD those mechanics and strat, rather than penalizing people for "luck of the draw" teams.
