Account Sharing in Unranked

Is it okay to share accounts if we are to play it in a non ranked environment? Lets say I have Lucian, but my friend doesn't. However, he wants to play Lucian. All of this is assuming I am giving him access to a decoy account and fully knowing that I can lose my account at any given moment. (I have 7 : One for collecting, one for competitive and 5 for steam blowing as in smurfing) Why can't we swap champions if the other player doesn't own it? In unranked, because it's not like he is trying new things in a high stake situation.
