How come Aurelion Sol gets nerfed that fast but Lucian and Fizz continue to be fuck boys
?
?
That's why Swain and Lucian are getting nerfed in Patch 6.11
But Anivia and Fizz need it badly too.
why anivia?
Insane damage, insane winrate. You'll know if you lane against one.
Considering those MSI games where he would basically create a super mega big bowling ball and go down mid lane.
I could see some of the reason why Riot is worried about him being too good if used right.
yeah but none of that shit worked in msi. i seen some sol games but all of them he did meh in. maybe except one. well he was played like 3 times anyway. strong champ against the right comp
Honestly agree, lol. Even though you come off as resource-less.
Dont hurt the
Was a little intrigued when they said they might just rework and revist Sol soon if they felt like it.
Its in the last podcast if you dont believe me.
You see, that is a GIANT red flag when they release a champ so flawed that he needs a rework right out of the gate, I get he is supposed to be different, but his W is
ult levels of easy power, just follow them as they run and they just take the damage, they can't fight you and they can't run, fair fight huh?
And now with the problems with
, however I am finding her to be a tad more fair than sol can be...
HECK
is meh, she is getting a mini change soon because of how silly she is in general.
I find they try to make a character WAAAAAYYY to believable, backstory and lore, but the fact is, the gameplay should come first, and then the character spawns from that... They seem to try too hard, and end up failing as the gameplay is lack luster compared to the lore/story.
I don't want the podcasts. Link?
If I had to guess, it's perception versus reality.
Zed's perceived to be strong, but at a 50% win rate. He has abusive mechanics that make him annoying to lane against, but overall his gameplay is healthy. Somehow. I'm assuming champions that avoid nerfs, such as Fizz, Maokai, and Volibear are actually balanced, while perceived strong. At least in Riot's eyes.
Perhaps they just consider the champions to be balanced. Albeit, they do need to look at something when Lucian has a 50%+ pick rate, and Zed has a 90% ban rate. Honestly, there's so much imbalance in the game right now, that's whats keeping it balanced. imo.
In the games he's allowed to be in, he has a 50% win rate. These games are set-up for him to be challenged.
I feel like Aurelion has the potential to do really good but actually doing good is extremely difficult as you are countered so easily
Because Aurelion Sol doesn't have any cheaty gap closers to make crazy plays like Lucian or Fizz can. So Riot doesn't like him as much and then they just intentionally try to make him weaker.
Like tbh, at the highest possible skill level, every champion with a useful non-ultimate in-combat gap closer would need to be at like 45% win rate in order to be balanced, since that shit is so ridiculously op when used optimally it's ridiculous, and Riot seems to keep them at closer to 50% or so, sometimes even higher. They have so much favoritism towards so many of those champions it is ridiculous.
ikr same shit with caitlyn shes been broken for like 5 months now
what? Caitlyn is annoying, but by no means strong, she's always been outclassed by some batshit crazy thing down in bot lane, from kogmaw to lucian, she's by no means strong
