Cool, why not just have the game scan at 20 min who's higher level and auto win the game for that team? Why waste all that time. You want bo3 in LCS this is perfect 20 mins a pop.

lol, you think thats bad? I was winning my lane Early-game (5-1-0) and loosing it BECAUSE of minions! Half the time he was busy recalling, & I was on the verge of dying. My Jungler Khaz, & I had to clear a wave together so I wouldn't die, & we both ended up recalling because of their power, although I can't deny that we were beaten up pretty badly from the enemy top laner. It's no excuse though, because minions are clearly talking to Yasuo on how to make OP weapons. All they need is a wind-wall that blocks champions. . .
