When is the hotfix for the bug on Master Yi and Guinsoo's?

Currently there's a bug where Master Yi can inflict his E damage and on-hits onto himself if his passive procs at the same time Guinsoo's does I believe. It frequently procs, sometimes once every two auto attacks and smashing yourself with about 200 True Damage, a double BORK proc and Bloodrazor proc whilst engaged in a teamfight or a skirmish isn't fun. Bugs like this should NOT be ignored until a later patch. Forcing players to change their builds due to issues such as this feels extremely alienating and should be dealt with ASAP. Not everyone looks at Reddit/the forums to see if there's anything as severe as this happening behind the scenes, so some players might not even know about this, the fact it's been here for I believe a week now without official acknowledgement is ridiculous as well. Please fix ASAP!

P.S; Would appreciate if the Jungle CS bug was fixed as well, it's been about a year now?
