Draven "minion streak"

I have mixed feelings on this

On one end, the crowd is cheering for Draven going on a streak of success, and it emphasizes the importance of CS to new players.

On the other, we have Draven, the quintessential "High Risk/High Reward" champion being encouraged to sit back and farm instead of going ham like the man he is.

Not really. It's just a nice bonus because in the end, he is an ADC and ADC's farm. This just allows him to stack his passive a bit faster when pushing later in the game or just during the downtime of bot lane. Any good Draven still knows when to go in and go ham or trade a few auto-attacks. Besides, it's not like missing a minion resets the duration, it has a decent amount of up time.

Just don't drop your axes.
