Does titanic hydra need a small buff

I would say it should have it's cost reduced a little. Maybe down to the BC or Frozen Mallet level.

Titanic Hydra has the same problem that Atma's Impaler had.... when it's good, it's really good and edges out every other item.

When it isn't good, it's complete garbo. I say let it stay dumpstered.

Bruisers dont need any more buffs.

This item needs to be removed, because nobody should be rewarded with damage for building tank.

It shouldn't get an AD or +50 HP. It should get a slight buff to it's %HP on hit for its passive and active. Small buff, because you ahve to be careful of potential late game abusers like

they need to give it bonus hp scaling.
