No sadly......but every time they buff Raka its makes bot lane shit. You do still max Q however.....

Well not max but get two points into Q before maxing W so raka gets heals.....the winrate goes from 49ish% to 55ish% just by doing this

Sadly no, it doesn't make it any better that if you give the Q heal to an ally they heal more than you do from Q for what ever reason.

Her Q has a passive called Rejuvenation, which is the healing that you get from hitting an enemy with Q. You can give this short healing to an ally if you W them while under the Rejuvenation effect.

But the healing you get from Q is really low. However it's higher when you give it to your allies.

Ohh, okay! That's cool. Just for clarification, do you mean that you use your own health to heal them, thus canceling out the Q heal, or do you mean that the Q buff is actually transferred?

You both get the Q buff heal.

For clarification imagine this scenario.

I Soraka Q enemy Caitlyn and gain Rejuvenation for X seconds. If I heal my ADC Kaisa with W she also get's the buff but I don't loose the buff, I can just share it with others using W while under the Q buff.
