How to stop champ select trolls ( In ranked)
Make a surrender option like in game except it needs only 3 people to vote yes. This way duo ques cannot ruin the entire game from champion select. Think of it as an "abandon game" vote if you will.

The problem is, what defines a "troll" according to each and every person? This can be abused by people if each person does not get the role they want. Directly re-queue, and you end up with the same people again, who simply want to climb the ladder with what they are best with. This will cause the ranking process to take forever. o3o
What if the person you think is trolling actually ends up doing well, even if you thought he is "trolling"? I personally kept telling my Fiddlesticks to bring Smite (because that's what I usually see...). Only to find that he won his lane really well. Lastly, how would this affect other people's behaviors towards (a) teammate(s)? What if the vote DOESN'T go through? Wouldn't there be in increase of toxicity? Ex: "ffs @ 20" "fkn trolls"
