Let's show some love for Kogmaw!

After his last rework I understand the hesitation to do anything with him, but compared to other ADC's and what they offer I still find him lacking. Without the proper team setup he often gets outclassed in the late game. Sure, after he finishes he feels great but often after the sixth item he doesn't achieve the status: "Late game champ that destroys everyone". Not to mention the removal of crit chance, makes late game item choices harder. ( do I grab or )

Yes, I've had games where I do destroy everyone but I also get owned by Vayne, Twitch, Jinx, and other late game carries. (by comparison these champs often offer more in way of self-peel and damage) Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way (I'm no challenger player) but I think Kogmaw could use some direction in his kit.

Starting with his q. This spell doesn't feel great to use, only lasts four seconds and applies to only one target. I would love to see this spell as a second passive or toggle ability that applies to all who are hit. (would work with )

Moving over to his ult, it would be interesting if after every successful hit on an enemy champ Kogmaw got a small speed boost. This would reward those who can hit his ult and allow Kogmaw some self-peel. Also potentially shifting power form his w to his ult. If you land ult on champion you deal increased damage to champion for x seconds.

Lastly, If I remember correctly, Kogmaw had the most starting health of all the ADC's but after the rework his health was brought down. Another potential area to look into. Obviously I'm not asking for all of these, but any buff to help one of my fave champs would be great.

Summary: I would like to see some of his power shifted into landing his ult, a little more self-peel, refined and impactful q ability, and less power on his w.
