Jhin and Rageblade

After rageblade got "fixed" on Jhin, it actually does less damage than it's supposed to if my calculations are correct. Here are my calculations. Level 18, 5 IEs 1 Rageblade 983 AD with no rageblade stacks 1247 AD with fully stacked rageblade. Fully stacked rageblade is giving me 264 ad, which is around a 27% increase. The AD portion of rageblade gives 24% bonus ad fully stacked The ATKSPD portion of rageblade gives 48% attack speed Jhin gets 0.25% AD per 1% ATKSPD, 48% ATKSPD should give him an extra 12% AD Rageblade should be giving Jhin 36% bonus AD, instead, it only gives him 27% bonus AD. My calculations might not be 100% correct, please tell me if I'm wrong and how.
