There some crazy percent AP boost in pbe

So in PBE there some mage updates thats coming and I notice something crazy.

1. If you are really lucky and you killed 3 Fire dragon you can get 24% increase in ability power (Note 3 fire dragons might not happen in every game you play)
2. If you kill the elder dragon you get 50% increased in ability power for 90 seconds
3. If you have Rabadon cap that is 35 % increase in ability power
4. If you have the blue buff that is 15% increase in ability power for 90 seconds

So if you are really lucky and within 90 second or less (Depending on the time you took to kill Elder dragon and blue buff camp) you can get a 124% boost in ability power.

Example: Viegar with 1000 Ap and has 124% boost will have 2240 AP for 90 seconds or less. I probably did my math wrong because I think some boosts happens before others, which might lead to more Ap.

This will be so cool if your lucky enough to get this boost on any mage champ.
