Mordekaiser is, with Kalista, the only champ I know with only 3 abilities to be used in a solo lane

And Kalista is an ADC from the beginning, so she has most likely a partner to use her ult. Even Tahm Kench can ult alone (he doesn't have to but he can ult alone) and eat not only allies, but enemies and minions too.

EDIT: Soraka heal, thats right, BUT she heal heal herself through her Q too, her W is only for allied heal, but still Soraka W, that's right, but Soraka is NORMALLY, too, played as a support and not in other lanes.

Soraka is not even on their level since she deals no damage and you can just walk away from her silence her slow that helps keep enemies in is too low to make a difference. Kalista is ranged so she can be just a little more safe then Mordekaiser who is immobile and medium to short range so he can't really play safe at all. it really is unfair to force into a duo lane until they give him better tools than he has now plus they nerfed his movement speed

The only thing it really sacrifices is waveclear, the sustain doesn't seem that good to begin with. He could probably still make a Darius cry if he tries to hook him.

That's right, but sustain isn't the real problem here (Mordekaiser couls still buy spellvamp for example). His W also gives him 75 Movespeed when he moves towards the ally whom you targeted with your W. You could do this on minion waves to gain a little bit Movespeed, also you could use you W on a minion when you lane opponent tried to farm to get a little damage on him (That was useful in the early levels). Also 10-30 Armor and MR for you and your ally. All these aspects are now gone.
