Anivia changed recently?
I have noticed recently a few things are different on anivia like her wall not giving vision anymore. I can't find anything in patch 7.14 or 7.15 Did I miss something?

Yes in patch 7.14 they removed vision from Anivia's wall and now all Taunts/Charm/Fears now stop and cancel her Ultimate. It was in the "bug fixes" section of patch 7.14 and not a champion section. I'm not really mad about these changes though, but I'm pissed that they're playing this off as a "bug fix" when it was added to the champion and has been in her kit since she was created.
