Frost Queen's Claim vs stealth units is a little messed up

I play Twitch a lot, and having the enemy team able to completely shut down my champ's strongest ability by the support simply buying one item seems a bit unfair, especially with how much love some of the other adc's are getting.

vision minions should not find stealthed units. It's easy enough to counter stealth within reason with vision wards and sweepers, there is no need for this items ability to unstealth champions. Playing against a team that has at least one of these completely shuts down what makes twitch worth playing, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for Eve's, Akali's, and Shaco's.
