Riot is creating a monster

We're all seeing and most of us are experiencing the massive rank bashing in our season 6 placements. The formulation Riot is using is very crude and for "The Most Played Game In the World" you would think or hope that something as critical as the mmr and rank would have a cutting edge, extremely intelligent calculation. But nah.

We can all see it on the boards and in our games, the results of riots ranking system after placements is turning people that would otherwise not be salty flaming trolls, into just that.

We're playing 10 matches really for no reason, and it's driven, and driving, a lot of people over the edge. Riot has set the stage for a truly horrible and trolly season 6.

It's not even the 10 matches that matter. I'm getting into games where a laner is destroyed by another. I mean, straight up destroyed. There's no way to recover from that early snowball, as this game has now evolved into high emphasis on early game.

Look at all the match times in the LCS, they're like 28 minutes significantly down from last season.

Yep, Before placement, I was Bronze 1. Placement happened, I lost a few games and now I am Bronze 5. I worked hard. I don't want to be bronze anymore with all the trolls and feeders.
