I'm just curious if there is any plans or ways to make the ER path feel better on lucian without buffing alternate paths like blade cleaver which the last nerf was a good hit to them. Main reason people even now still go with that build though was because he doesn't feel as good going crit. I'm just speaking for the adc version as the mid lane version seems to be fine.

I don't think there is, because people go for RFC and maybe other crit (I'm not sure) after bork Cleaver, so any crit buffs would be Lucian buffs.
Another alternative is to buff Essence Reaver, but I dunno if it's other users would be fine with that buff.

and I've been absolutely dominating people with it. The burst is so strong with mana sustain and life steal plus move speed steal allows for constant movement and re-positioning. And before you ask, I keep up in damage for the most part (unless I get absolutely shut out early game) and gold.
