Riot I don't want to play with groups and their duos.

One of the most stressful things while trying to climb this ladder to level 30 is that I get placed with duos that have level 30 and level 1. I do not believe my level of play is anywhere near where it should be to a level 30 and I believe I'm a lot better then a level 1. Like is their a button where I can choose if I want to play with these people or am I suppose to stick it out and take the beating from the level 30?
I also believe its the most toxic thing ever. When I'm placed with these teams it feels like my opinion on what to do is completely lost and I must listen to the duos/groups they control everything if I try and say a different thing I will be cussed out and called a noob then when I report these people I feel like they don't care because they are having fun with their friend while I'm just wondering what I did to riot to deserve to be placed in this match with these groups. Like I feel like the main reason people play this game is to have fun but I don't have fun when a person has full runes and masteries and Penta kills my team? Or when I get shitted on and my whole team calls me a noob and tells me to get off this game
