If you skip all the way to 5:05 Gang Plank says "feast your eyes on the king jack. SInce no one is called Jack in league of legends is this the new champ related to the Bilgewater event that has been hinted by riot to be the savior of Bilgewater? Who is Jack? Or does he just call everyone Jack?
It is a taunt at Twisted Fate. He calls himself the King_ (Playing card)_ while referring to Fate as a Jack.
Also, to add in on KITCAT's thing, Jack has been known as a synonym for Knave, so he is simply calling him a Knave.
Also to add in on Light's thing, "Jack of Hearts" Twisted Fate.
