The Rat himself got resets on his Q (which got a bit overshadowed by the major marksman reworks) but more important than that are all of the new items, which are INCREDIBLE on our smelly friend. Sure, it hurts losing 10% crit, but this thing gives 65 ad now, so Twitch can rush this thing and proceed to crush everything. Serrated Dirk is actually a pretty good pickup early game, as not only does 10 armor penetration rock, that passive makes lasthitting a breeze. Look ma! This is actually a good item now! The combination of this and "Spray and Pray" (#Bring back expunge) gives the Rat hilarious range, not to mention how satisfying it is to finish someone off with that fadeaway auto thanks to this item. Anyone with 500 more health than Twitch takes 15% more damage from him. Holy shit batman! Anyone who builds even a Single health item, be it Roa, Rylais, or Cleaver, will get punished for it.

And now onto other items that Twitch loves that got buffed Annie keeping you down? No worries m8! And thanks to your poison, you count as "in combat" for a lot longer, allowing you to hold onto that lifeline buff even several minutes after you proc it! If you were ever getting bursted.
