I think it's time to have a serious discussion about soraka.

It's not about her healing, it's about her lane dominance. Executioners calling has nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

If you buy coin first, which you ALWAYS do, you can literally sit in lane and spam starcall without any repercussions. You will absolutely never run out of mana.

I can only dodge SO many of them. She needs to be punished somehow for sitting 1500 range away, starcalling, missing, getting her mana back, and just being completely safe.

She needs to have her starcall mana cost increased, the cooldown go on a longer CD if she hits zero champions, or it costs more mana if she misses. She can't continue in her current state in bot lane, it's honestly SO boring playing against a soraka.

well she is the most low steaks - low reward lanes there is, because while most people are looking for those sweet thresh hooks trying for those god tier outplays, you just have to deal with the fact that none of your trades matter, unless you blow one of them up (which is just an all in)
