[GAMEPLAY] Dead pixel area top of screen

It's easier to see the pixels in fullscreen, as pixels are small :)

Imgur album that shows three screenshots of games where there is a dead pixel type area on the top of my screen. This isn't just happening in my own personal league of legends games, it can been seen in screenshot number 2 (the Jarvan game) on Pobelter's stream, which by the way, is on the Korean client as he is bootcamping in KR right now.

There were a couple of other streams I saw last night where I noticed this as well.

I can't tell you how to reproduce it, however I can say that I've only noticed it in ranked queues? Maybe that's just luck, but I haven't seen it in any game mode outside of ranked solo queue. Two of my screenshots are me playing kog maw, but I HAVE experienced this with no kog maw in game at all, and also witnessed it on people's streams with no kog maw in game. I think this is just a mere coincidence. There aren't any specific champions that get played or that I play that trigger the spot on the screen, it just happens randomly. It's hard to notice because it's so small and sometimes I forget to screenshot it in the heat of the moment (ranked games...).
