This has been discussed countless times, but I think it's time we get something to curb the toxicity levels hard. The power needs to be taken away from the troll. I understand that catching an "inter" is difficult, but we need to figure it out as a community, quickly.
This game is WAY too popular and Riot Games makes WAY too much money for these issues to be this prevalent. Discuss

It is pretty harsh when compared to the other punishment as their first offense is a 14 day ban, after that is a permaban for anything they do wrong, be it intentionally feeding/trolling/toxic behavior/etc. that seems pretty harsh to me. You also dont want it to be too harsh because what about false positives? what if the system finds innocent people. Remember this isnt by any means a perfect system and people do get wrongfully punished. By your logic they shouldnt have a say in that because in your eyes they are rightfully being punished.
With that said I do wish they were much more faster. Because the longer they keep letting people get away with trolling/feeding the faster those types of people will keep up making new ideas to try and beat the system. Riot needs to always be two steps ahead of the game in cases like this. They do pretty well with 3rd party program bans. Again people still get wrongfully ban, but they seem to be banning them regularly as loads of people come here to complain about being ban that way. If they can do that with trolls/feeders i think the game could be better off.
If anything they just need to start working on the new Tribunal in full force. Let us get involved to help the large amount of the player base. Assuming the people they chose to be in the Tribunal im sure most will take it serious and actually help root out the bad people who play this game.

Someone is wronged and either they or a close friend or relative is told what happens to the accused. Or make it so that peoples reports appear on their profile and you can decide if you want to play with that person or not before the game starts. Whatever happens something definitely needs to be done.

I don't know what real life you are living in, but it is not the same one as me.
In real life, there is a court case. Both sides share their story, aided by a professional lawyer. A jury of hand selected people determine innocence or guilt. A judge determines sentencing of the guilty.

Also in real justice system you need to prove without reasonable doubt that someone broke law. And real justice system costs fortune to run and its paid by taxpayers. This is just online game and anonimity is massive part of it. You should never know what happened to other persons account. There is 0 reason for you to know it.

As long as there is anonimity toxicity will exist. Punishments arent prevention and its free game. They can easily create or even buy new accounts.

Eventually there will be fewer and fewer people selling accounts and fewer buying accounts with how fast they are banned again. Like I have said before hand, Riot needs to have a team that just watches games. Computers can't tell the difference between an accidental feed and an intentional one. How do I know this, cause I have had games were a person even announced that they were intentionally feeding to the enemy team. I have had games were they said they were going to afk and did. If people don't get punished for typing that they are going to afk and then do. That is pretty bad. Things need to change, when 3/4 of my games has at least one person that doesn't want to play to win because of some small slight they imagine, something needs to change.
Don't get me wrong, I have good games here and there, but not enough to make me keep playing some days. Riot should start with adding what the punishment was, what match it was, and what player it was to their little notifications. Basically, they need an after action report. What happened to those involved. Developing a fair and just system to punish people is impossible, but Riot should be able to achieve something closer than this.

Riot to watch games? Are you insane? There are thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands games played daily. Have you any idea how much resources would have to be wasted on that?
