You are right. Lux is broken. Have you seen those mana costs? Who has 130 mana costs at rank 1 anymore?!?!

She goes out of mana in like 3 E casts early game... And is forced to get a CDR / mana regen build. And mana regen items have been nerfed pretty hard recently.

Shes good in certain comps still, but not someone I would first pick and expect to do well.

athene's recently got a massive mana regen buff... CDR, MR, and more mana regen than you could hope for, when you're low, just hit your e and ult and the enemy will die if they're a squishy carry.
