Question about Poppy nerfs

Hey, I know Poppy has some nerfs coming on the PBE, and I was just wondering, if she's getting a nerf to her shield duration. Could the change that makes it hit the ground if her target dies before she hits it be reverted?

I'm not complaining she doesn't need nerfs, I understand she's kinda strong right now, I was just wondering, since she is getting a shorter shield duration, if it could be made a little more reliable, so if poppy is towerdiving, she can more reliably get her shield back off of a minion that might die in the ambient aoe.

Also, if possible, could we get some more information on how the shield return is calculated? Usually it's pretty predictable, but once in a while it flies off in completely the opposite direction you expect, sometimes over walls or behind the enemy and into towers
