Can something be done about the high number of dodges?

It's really annoying to get a full comp set up three separate times, only for someone to dodge at the end.

If someones comp is garbage or theres a troll, odds are there will be dodges. Not much you can do.

Just dodged a game ... in the champ selection, someone said that another was "the troll from last game, and made racist comments as well." The one accused then said "you are a lying F***" (which could have been true) but certainly one or the other, or both, are NOT people I want on my team. It would almost certainly be a loss. It would NOT have been fun in game with them (I define fun as being both everyone trying their best, and being at least not caustic). So at least one person was trolling, and would ruin that game.

From my perspective, when I dodge occurs, the selection chat needs to go to tribunal and see if there was a good reason for someone to not want to play in a game that would be a sure loss from what is said. I'm not talking about idiot team selections. I'm talking about trolls and inappropriate behavior/speech. If such is there, they need to have enough of a ban on that account that they will be sitting out for a week. Not only is the behavior bad, but they also forced someone to dodge in order to not be subjected to trash.
