Just thought i'd let you guy's know that with the new runes tank fizz has returned(and it's gross asf)

fizz in general is gross asf, they should disable him and leblanc until they make working iterations
The business model should be to allow customers to test and review their product until the customer has no issue, releasing a broken or unpopular product gets companies no where.
So whats the build and runes?
