Except on diver, brawler, and carry junglers. If youre Lee sin, RekSai, or a tank, then yeah.
It's strong on fiddle cus he's weak without vision, but for other champs it rly depends, cinderhulk on tanks, bloodrazor on jax etc. I love vision so much tho, I buy pinks as adc (for some reason that's not the norm?) and get the bottom river scuttle <3
