Is Mordekaiser still able to cast w on minons on the PBE?

Title.

Just read on Newleagueoflegends that his buffs are:

-lower shield degen rate on Iron Man -buffed e damage -extra AD on ghost

Hi there. in the PBE: -You can cast W on minions but the circle of damages will be slower for them (unless it's a canon minion) -They reverted the E damages to the live values -Lower shield degeneration -Ghost will have 40% of your total AD -The ultimate will deal the same amount of damages but it'll be 25% instantly stolen and 75% of damages over time (now it's 50%-50%) -> less burst,stronger dot that's it for now :)

I see it like this: -More of a lane bully again -More Ludens procs on ult DoT and an even longer slow with Rylias. -Better shield with the solo w and lower shield degen(w keeps up shield)

i don't know, there's nothing new in the pbe since about 2 weeks (only tearers and stuff). i hope they apply this patch soon.. Secondly,it won't affect the number of ludens procs or a better slow. I'll explain it: Let's suppose the ultimate does 100 damages: Now it deals 50 instantly and 50 over 10 sec. After the patch it'll deal 25 instantly and 75 over 10 sec. The duration and the total damages remain the same. it's just that you'll have less burst but better sustain over 10 sec.

I currently get 2 ludens procs from current DoT from ult. Im assuming since its MORE DoT now, if I get a Ludens, I'll get more procs from extended DoT on ult. So a Rylias, Liandies and Ludens may be cool.. The DoT may melt peeps.

Dunno tho. Ima have to see.

no no no. you won't get more luden's procs. The dot is STRONGER(makes more damages), not LONGER. so it won't change a thing about the rylai slow or the amount of lundens proc. they only changed the proportion of damages, not the full duration. And building ad just for that.... totally not worthy.
