Still needs double tap Q, and/or NOT remove his stars when hard cc'd, it is a PASSIVE, not an active, and last i checked, if i stun anyone with a passive, it still continues to perform since it is PASSIVE. Passive is passive for a reason. Its stupid. Stunned? Just watch your limited sustain damage go to 0%.

I wouldnt mind this if he was a burst champ, but when a sustain damage champ can get cc'd and muted damage, it not good. Makes getting off damage too hard.

No champ as this kind of hard shut down, not even yi, hes got his Q to dodge and shitt. Seriously, revist him and dont make him THIS vulnerable.

Have you ever played an ADC? Or any sustained damage champion? I mean, if anyone of them get CC'd they can't deal damage. That's kind of the whole point of CC.

He's got multiple forms of self peel. He's way harder to shut down than say, a Draven / Caitlyn / Jinx / Lucian / Varus / Jhin / Sivir / Twitch / Ashe (who all have less self peel than him). Sure, those are all ADCs, see my point above on sustained damage.

And just in case you decide to be logical and just say that he's too easy to shut down compared to other mid laners, he has more self peel than or equal to just about every immobile mid laner out there, with added roaming power since his damage comes from his passive and not an ability. His win rate rockets to over 54% with even just a few games played on him.

Neutral viewpoint: You've tried to pick up the champion and have done poorly on him. He's not a beginner champion. He's a somewhat difficult to play champion. He's plenty strong though. Get some practice on him and you'll realize that he's definitely not too weak.
