any reason why lane bullies exist in solo queue?

"Lane bully" champions seem pretty toxic and questionable in a competitive game that requires you to get ahead to be useful.

Champions like Leblanc Renekton Quinn unless you're able to pick after them or they counterpick themselves, their only counter play is to rely on RNG of how good matchmaking made your team. I understand that they as a champion themselves fall off but I just played a ranked game vs a Renekton and the enemy adc was 10/1 once laning phase was over (BTW they won. I ended the game 2/7. Only gave renekton one assist in lane when his jungler ganked me). So while I'm safe farming and trying my hardest not to feed him and spamming ping to the jungler, I have to hope that my other team mates are doing better?

1) wait to outscale lane bully 2)other lanes get ahead 3) their adc gets fed 4) it doesn't matter that I outscale the lane bully Bonus) My midlaner, Zed, lost lane to ryze... TO RYZE.

_So where's the counterplay? _

**Why not just roam to other lanes and get them ahead? **

Roaming seems like a good idea only if the person you're playing against doesn't know how to ping and ALSO the lane you're roaming/ganking to is overextended has no wards, if neither of the conditions are met, your roam will be punished, your laner will have a level advantage or even two level advantages over you and put you even further behind, making them even harder to deal with.

The best way to defeat a fed enemy in a different lane, is by doing well in your own lane, getting ahead by killing them or out CSing the opponent. You kind of just hit a brick wall if your opponent is designed to stop you from doing this.

Now that I'm done crying about my loss

Anyone have some tips or tricks that you know work against lane bullies? I've tried safe farming and standing within EXP range while helping jungler get ahead by helping him take down obj while the lane bully freezes, and by doing so he allowed me to take his krugs, while the enemy freezed lane at his tower, but that obviously didn't work.

The purpose of a lane bully is to fall off late game and be bad in team fights.

You sacrifice a late game for an amazing early game.

The problem lies in these champions being able to scale and snowball out of control despite this incredibly strong early game, effectively never making them bad or unviable at any stage of the game.

Their teamfighting capabilites and scalings need to be toned down to accomodate them for having a strong early game.

You get another lane bully to fight a lane bully ( if you are 1st pick and you dont know what the enemy top laner is, otherwise you counterpick them) so you are both strong in early and its about skill match up OR take a spitpusher/scalling with some ranged poke and wait under tower farm safely, get exp and when you get item spikes you retaliate.

IMO lane bullies are way better than "hyper carries" who are more oft than not still decent early and mid and then just "ahaha I win team fight because I stayed alive for 30 minutes".
