Veigar's ult should be a skill shot

It's not OP. Veigar can't really deal with AD assassins because there is no ap for his ult to scale with.

No, but they need to revert him one edition back from his current set up. Getting the free AP on kills and assists was fine and perfect. I say this because old veigar I'd hit people with a combo for 90% then a teammate would last hit making me miss out on the bonus AP.

But this newest version is simply dumb and allows for way to much near infinite AP far to easily.

Yep, but then increase the range and decrease the cooldown.
