Mains said "Well I just need to mind my cool downs no biggie"

His win rate will probably continue to climb as non dedicated players leave, we'll see

The only explanation I can think of is his mains thinking "Maybe playing him might not be a free win now, I'll try it" [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

the zed nerf is insignificant enough that it won't effect anything most of the time. Good zed players will still do what they did before

I haven't laned against the changes yet, but my guess is I just die ~20 seconds later than usual
