sure, ap casters got op, but now ad champs are way op.

Instead of buffing any champ, you need to nerf the daylights out of ad autoattacks, nerf burst throughout, and make you adjustment on reducing attack, not giving damage to lower performers. Take the higher performers and nerf them down to the lowest common denominator. Sure, do it over time, and just on damage (ap or ad) so you don't have insta-kill first person shooter style "head-shot" by 20 champions. Remove that from the game.
