I currently can't test the idea (no mouse available), but I believe it could potentially be an effective strategy. Once he has his level 6, he can roam highly effectively and set up great ganks. Given the fact that his ult carries 2, you could also drag along your jungler for ganks that are stronger than TF's. I believe that would be a good rush as it gives tahm the wave clear he needs to compete with other midlaners.

Could work, just because you need sustained damage to kill him, most mids don't have enough burst.

But probably wouldn't work without heavy jungle help because he is too slow to ever catch a ranged mid, has no wave clear, and no sustain to handle all the poke he'd receive without constant B or tons of pots.
