Pre-rework Kassadin was banned in over 99% of all games. So no, still not pre-rework Kassadin level.

So what last season tristana had a 97% for a while before her rework also. They do some reworks to nerf the champion like Zil, Raka (didnt work), Trist, Kass. Then some they do them to buff them and make the viable like all of the juggernauts, ashe, and gangplank. There is also something else from last season there was really only a handful of bans people did and pretty much everyone did them. Champions like Elise, Kha'zix, Kass, Kat, Zed, Yas. This season there are ~10 champions that should be banned every game.

ow wait all the bans are against the op champs. Theres 1 out of 6 bans that is a strategic ban. WE DID OUR WORK #RITOBALANCETEAM

Garen is a good ban depending on the top lane champions you play. Riven, Irelia, Rengar players would most likely ban him and Darius for easier time in lane.
