So key fragments are dropping in ARAM now finally, yay! However though, as far as I'm aware, the only way to get chests is from getting S rank on a champion or max leveling them, both of which are features related to Summoner's Rift. Are those the only two ways to get chests or are there other ways?

Minarde2 votesRIot's considering extending the Mastery system to TT and ARAM eventually. For now though, SR and the rotating mode queue are the only maps/modes you can earn chests on.
Also, as far as I'm aware, you don't get chests for max leveling a champ. Only from you or someone in your premade getting an S-rank.
