How can you stop Tryndamere?

Ok so I see trynd split pushing top, I go to my top tower to prevent him from taking it, and I'm a TANK btw. And trynd, not even fed, insta dives me and kills me in 6 seconds, from full hp...he uses ult, heal, and continues taking tower.

Yeah this is a funny joke, I'm having so much fun. There is nothing I could have done, he has his stupid true damage, mobility, my tower does nothing, and falls down after he hits it 10 times. If you don't stop him, he will be at our inhib in 1 min. What's the point of the towers?!
