Idea for reworked morde e

Just writing this so I can get some feedback and so I don't forget

Mordes e will stay similar but help fix some problems he currently has

E - Mordekaiser creates a cone of ghost hands that deal damage, in a smaller cone more damage is dealt (closer to morde means more damage) Enemies in the inner cone are rooted for .5 seconds and enemies in the outer cone are slowed by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds and grounded

fairly simple but it gives him
