Seriously early-mid game I get killed in like 2 seconds (last game record was 1.56) while other juggernauts can easily tank damage to go in

How is not defenses wut. That's health right there.
Also gives sustain, which is pseudo defenses.
His heal also scales with his AP, while other juggernaut's heal scale with their health.
Also, no other juggernaut ever buys more than 1 damage item except Shyvana. The most anyone else will sometimes buy is Titanic Cleaver (Darius) or Cleaver DD (Illaoi). If they bought Cleaver Rav they would also melt, except Darius but that's because Darius.
compensated by the extra HP on his shield and the sustain from W and
mord having stats on par with them would be cancer
The real issue is that gunblade straight up is NOT a good item on him in practice.
Looks amazing on paper, but is actually pretty bad ingame. All of the high ranked mordekaiser mains go
