However I did play against on the other day..... man he was rough. (jungle never ganked) But after about mid to lane game I couldn't do anything to him.... given I was fiddle. We won because we chain cc the raid boss and the other team never helped him. But his kit is weak unless he is a raid boss. There was no in between. That makes a non-health champ.

He can work with a tank support, both champions have to get relic shield and then upgrade to targon's brace. Both bot laners get decent cs and sustain as well. Try running him with nautilus.
