The trouble with Ruby Sighstone

There are no accessable armor items with actives for supports. The items with supports are good options, and and give health... but the only items with actives you can grab with armor are , which are too expensive, or , which are only good for pushing (and not what you want). Randuin's is the only option, but a 3k pricetag puts it out of range for any support to get in a reasonable amount of time - not to mention not being quite as "support" focused as the others. grants armor, and has an active - but the active's cooldown isn't really important since you'll really only use it once, and outside of combat. Is there any chance we can get a real armor support item? Especially since adcs are so oppressive right now...
