New Jungler Item Idea - Warden Enchantment (WARDS!)

What junglers can afford to go with this enchantment over the famous cinderhulk/warrior enchants?
I believe that this enchantment would encourage counter-jungling (another option to handle the currently strong tank-jungle meta) and maybe provide some safety and assurance to the weak-early-game junglers. Also influences early dragon control for those pesky solo dragon ASAP junglers, and can make the beginning period of the game a lot more interesting with early objective/jungle pressure.
The only thing I see wrong with this is how it might set back the junglers that take this enchantment over the warrior/cinderhulk, but I believe it will be a far better choice for those that value vision control. However, maybe an additional stat could be added onto the combined build to add some more reason to buy this enchantment such as:
Increased warding range Increased ward vision Healthier Wards? (Pinks go up to 7-10 health, and Greens up to 5-6) and/or maybe even an Alert ping for when someone comes in range of the wards placed with the enchantment
