Feedback on Stormrazor

So, the item is pretty strong as a first buy as it can easily allow lane dominance with just one auto. However, the item sharply falls in efficiency as you get more crit. This is because of the fact that the damage does not stack with a regular crit, and, if you do crit normally on the stormazor auto, the stormrazor crit is applied and not yours which does more damage. Another reason the efficiency drops hard, is that once you get stormrazor crit to scale up to 200% ad, you practically have enough crit that the only thing you actually gain from the item, is 10% ms for 1.5s. The item basically becomes obsolete and should be subbed out for something else. This item is only relatively efficient on champions that don't build crit, or that might only build one crit item that does not include IE.

If this item was truly meant to be an item tailored towards adcs, the damage should just be bonus flat damage that scales off of crit and/or bonus attack speed, or have it scale past 200% crit and just be 250% ad for the one auto. As it is now, it's only good on early-mid game jhin/drav and a few assassins. But it still becomes obsolete on even those 2 adcs as the game progresses and should be replaced with something much more efficient.
