Where I'm referencing Riot's version of mobility that only refers to dashes. Flat movement speed increases don't count, so no Sona or Janna (you can check the bars each of those champions have for mobility in the client. The results are consistent)

Bard doesn't really have a dash. He just moves through terrain at 1 millimeter per second. Kench has mobility on his ult I guess? Not really that mobile to me.
Ivern...we don't talk about that mistake of a champion here. Thresh hook is too slow, but it's kind of like I dash I guess? You wait 3 seconds after you cast it and then you finally get to dash somewhere.
Leona and Naut do kind of have mobility. Naut's is better because it can go more places than Leona. Leona just goes in. That's it. You're in. You wanted it? No? Too bad, you're in. And you're staying there!

Flaherty1 votesWhile it's true supports don't have as good mobility, they are mostly the only ones that have abilities that grant mobility to other people (other than Kalista but she's essentially not a champion anymore, and Ryze's ult) via Bard's tunnel, Tahm's devour and ult, Ivern q, Thresh lantern, and several support champions that give speed boosts.
