So? It's not like it's changed recently. All they did was make it so people with bad ping could land it as well as people with good ping.
I can make almost all champion abilities sound op by describing their functions, lol. Alistar head but pulverize is basically an aoe knock up like malphite's ultimate on low cool down. Jinx's trap is basically an aoe stun on low cool down; like a Rumble ultimate, but instead of slowing it stuns. Stop exaggerating the conditions of champion abilities to make them appear to be stronger than they actually are.
