Same as Janna, Morgana, Nidalee, Ekko and Kindred.
I think Malz beats Zed in that regard. Sure urf Zed is ridiculous and super impossible to fight, but you legit just pick malz in every game mode if you want to ruin people's fun, there is no other reason.
