One nice hook + delayed minion damage confirmed

Remember that clip of the Cait who died to a Draven ult that didn't hit? And how some users were posting that it might have been that last minion bolt that hit her half a second earlier? Well I was just reviewing the recording of this amazing Thresh hook my carry ate earlier and noticed that the minions are indeed doing delayed damage now! I don't know if this is some odd desynchronization bug or Riot just stealthily adjusted the way minion damage works. Either way I thought it was worth noting.
